We provide a wide range of services to our clients from complete turnkey electronic design from concept to production, or a number of selected services to aid our clients in producing their own products.
1. Electronic Design - Analog, digital, and RF design coupled with embedded microprocessor development to bring those ideas to life.
2. PCB Design - We can design a custom Printed circuit board from simple single sided to complex multi-layer PCB's utilizing SMT componentry. This service can be done in house or on our clients site.
3. Mechanical Design - many of our projects also require some form of housing, using 3D CAD we can produce housing concepts for sheet metal, CNC machined or cast and injection molded products.
4. PCB Assembly - We have in house SMT equipment to assembly and reflow componentry down down to 0402, BGA's and many others. Small to large production runs are no issue.
5. Software and firmware - We have developed experience in many areas of system software from embedded development on single chip micro-controllers to systems using Linux, Windows
6. Repair and maintenance - We offer in house or onsite equipment maintenance and repair,

We can supply on request Laser cut or etched stainless steel stencils stretched and framed to meet your production requirements.

We can provide quality cable assemblies to your requirements.
