Jemal Nebez Foundation company information, Employees & Contact Information

Dr. Hannelore Küchler, founder of the Jemal Nebez Foundation, dedicated Jemal Nebez's entire estate to the Foundation, further increasing its assets with her own funds. This Foundation, established by and for Kurds, owns two properties in Berlin Wilmersdorf: a rented condominium generating income, and a non-residential property housing an office, meeting room, and the Jemal Nebez Library. The Foundation's assets and charter were notarized by Dr. Küchler on March 20, 2020. The preamble and statutes can be viewed online. The Foundation aims to promote Kurdish science, research, education, vocational training, art, and culture worldwide and historically. As a legally recognized non-profit, the Foundation covers its expenses but cannot employ staff, relying on voluntary work and donations. Tax benefits are available for donations made by those assessed in Germany, with receipts issued due to its non-profit status. Donation details can be found in the Impressum or Legal notice. The chairperson, Dr. Küchler, serves for life, while her deputy and advisory board are appointed for five years. As the Foundation moves beyond its founding phase, it will continue to address more people and arrange its initiatives.
