Over the years, JEMB Realty Corporation expanded its expertise into other sectors. In the early 2000s, the company diversified into the power and energy industry through its investment in Astoria Energy, providing reliable electricity to New York City. In 2009, we co-founded Basis Investment Group, a commercial real estate investment manager primarily focused on debt and structured equity strategies. Six years later in 2015, we founded Resorts Digital Gaming, a leading online gaming company, and were one of the first companies to embrace online gaming and sports betting in the United States. Additionally, the company has strong hospitality projects like Wyndham Clearwater Beach Hotel and Resorts Casino Hotel. We’ve also entered the telecommunications sector through our interest in Xentris Wireless.
