JEMentoring hosts the The Executive Mentorship Program (TEMP) which is designed for Freshmen and Sophomore Liberal Arts students that are seeking to obtain an Investment Banking and/or Consulting internship. TEMP’s mission is to prepare students, regardless of undergraduate major, for internships (Sophomore and Junior Summers) that often lead to full time employment. Non-business majors are strongly encouraged to apply even if you are not thinking about a career in finance. Program outcomes are focused on identifying internship opportunities and preparing for the interview process.
