Jen Frank Coaching provides executive, life and career coaching as well as personal and professional development training for organizations. Since 2013, Jen has dedicated her coaching practice to helping people achieve their goals and live their best lives, while being kind to themselves. By helping people gain self-awareness and self-acceptance (traits central to great leadership), she works to empower people to step up as leaders in their own lives, as well as in their organizations and communities. Before becoming a Certified Professional Coach, Jen was a fundraiser in the arts for twelve years in the NJ/NY Metro Area and the San Francisco Bay Area. As a fundraiser she worked to make the joy of the arts available to everyone, especially underserved communities. Prior to this work, Jen spent nine years in the for-profit sector in San Francisco (where she completed her MBA) and in Philadelphia.
