Jen Martin works with organizations and leaders across the country to pursue big visions and creatively navigate change. She has coached and trained thousands of leaders across diverse sectors and industries, including Amazon, BNY Mellon, Costco, Child Care Resources, Grantmakers for Effective Organizations, Kaiser Permanente, Seattle Foundation, Leadership Tomorrow, Microsoft, Outreach, Pacific Science Center and WA Women’s Foundation. Jen has a B.A. from Northwestern University and an M.P.A. from University of Washington with a focus on organization development and management. She is a certified coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and trained through Coaches Training Institute (CTI). She is also certified in The Leadership Circle® and a certified trainer and facilitator for Insights®. Jen lives with her family in Seattle.
