A kind of integral reset, of liberation from the old patterns and beliefs that blind and limit you, and that involves clearing and working on all that shadow that blinds us and prevents us from seeing that peace and tranquillity are within us. As well as accepting ourselves and integrating the love and light present in the essence of each one of us. For this we use multiple therapeutic and energetic techniques that go straight to the root and source of the problems, traumas and blockages.
