I've been a multidisciplinary User-Centered Product Designer since 2004—so I've been around the block a few times and have seen it all! I am a "full-stack" designer who can lead you, hands-on, through every step of your Product's design, from initial concept refinement through delivery and beyond. Or—if you prefer— I also engage as a Consultant / in an advisory or leadership capacity. I've been integrating LLMs (AI) into my work for the past 2 years. I'm formally educated in both Cognitive Psychology (undergrad) and Graphic Design (graduate), and specialize in SIMPLIFYING COMPLEXITY, especially (but not limited to) the B2B space...and when I say "COMPLEXITY", I mean it! The more complexity to dig through to clearly communicate your message or service the better!
