Jenna is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over 500 hours of coaching experience. She is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), considered the gold standard in coaching. She has been coaching in both English and French since 2019, specializing in high-performance coaching for both corporate leaders and business owners. Jenna’s coaching focuses on key areas that drive personal and professional success, including work-life balance, resilience, self-confidence, fulfillment, leadership, and burnout prevention. Through her coaching, she helps her clients navigate the pressures of high-stake environments, enabling them to reach their goals faster but in a sustainable and fulfilling way which maintains their well-being and confidence.
Prior to her coaching career, Jenna spent seven years climbing the corporate ladder at the EMEA Headquarters of a global Fortune 500 fashion company. This experience gave her deep insight into corporate dynamics, the demands of high-pressure environments, and the importance of effective leadership. Having experienced burnout herself, Jenna draws on this personal experience as a strength in her coaching. This first-hand understanding of the pressures and risks in high-performance environments enhances her ability to help her clients achieve success while maintaining balance and ensuring their approach is aligned with their personal values and long-term goals.
In addition to coaching leaders virtually all over the world, Jenna is also a skilled facilitator, delivering personalized workshops and trainings to various companies across Europe.
