I've always enjoyed start-up ventures, old buildings, artistic avenues & technology. I worked my way through college, installed computer systems where none existed back in the day & watched the sun set all around the world doing awesome telecom projects. When management focused more on stock price than ethics & customer service, I left to fulfill a lifelong dream to hear seagulls & smell saltwater every single day. Combining my love for historic buildings & the arts, I bought a 1909 cottage then a long-closed 1937 movie theater in poor shape & brought them back to life.
