JERL Ventures, LLC is a privately-held construction company specializing in a unique prestressed concrete design that utilizes a patented process allowing for a corrosion-proof, lightweight, durable, carbon-neutral end product. Our builds are up to 35% lighter than typical concrete construction, utilizing up to 50% recycled aggregate for an enhanced ESG footprint while bringing an end product that is up to twice as strong as competitor builds and up to 10X more durable. Currently, JERL Ventures concentrates on public-private partnerships with state and federal governmental bodies, durable housing, storm shelters, and bomb shelters, with a concentration primarily in the Western and Midwestern United States.
