Our vision is to sustainably produce premium quality, whole-leaf tea that delivers a nuanced taste experience reflective of Jersey’s rich terroir.
We work with renowned tea experts and have built a team of passionate tea people to create our Jersey Fine Tea range.
Our first tea garden was planted in 2017, after carefully selecting the right soils and microclimates to suit the Camellia sinensis tea bush. Today we have three gardens on Jersey: Mrs Pipon, Simpson and Gorey Hill.
All of our tea is hand plucked using only tender new growth, before being processed either by hand or with traditional tea equipment.
Now, in autumn 2020, we are proud to present our first teas to the world, including small batches of white, green and black tea – all, we believe, with fine and complex taste profiles that echo our Jersey provenance.
