Founded in 2003, JCI is the only Kosher Mehadrin cooking school in the world and attracts each year hundreds of students . JCI is accredited by the Israeli Chef Committee ( Igud Hashefim) and is a non profit Company. JCI features comprehensive, part-time professional chef training and pastry programs .These cooking and baking programs are designed to teach students the techniques and skills necessary for a successful culinary career. Indeed, all of our instructors are professional chefs with years of experience teaching culinary & pastry arts.The professional programs welcome aspiring chefs from all over the world and lead to various careers in the food industry such as catering manager, cook, restaurant and small business owner. All courses are taught in English.
