Our mission is to provide individual, tailored services to ensure that our NDIS participants, and their representatives are the decision-makers. Their goals are paramount to our vision. Janet Tobin, as the business owner and the mother of a sibling with complex disabilities, developed JET Support Management when the NDIS first commenced. Experiencing first-hand the need for more individual support, more availability, compassion and empathy, JET Support Management came to fruition. Our team all have ‘lived experience’. We are experts in helping participants and their representatives in navigating the complex world of the NDIS. We are here to help by ensuring that you get the very best outcome from the NDIS. We understand the NDIS system can be daunting, but it doesn’t have to be. We make it easier for you to achieve your goals. Having ‘lived experience’, as well as, being providers of the NDIS since its inception in 2017, we have the knowledge, the understanding and the capability in getting results.
