JetCut Ltd is a Profile Cutting business with Laser, Plasma, Water Jet and Flame Cutting as well as Folding. We are based in Glengarnock, Ayrshire. - Laser can cut Mild Steel, Stainless Steel & Aluminium up to 25mm thick, Copper & Brass up to 15mm thick. - The Plasma can cut Mild Steel up to 80mm thick as well as Bevel Cut, Drill, Tap, Countersink and Counter Bore. - The WaterJets are extremely versitle and can cut all metals, plastic, rubber, foam, glass, stone, marble, ceramic and porcelain tiles etc. - Flame Cut Mild Steel up to 200mm thick. - Folding. Our Amada Brake Press has a 4m Folding length and can fold up to 10mm thick Our equipment can cut material measuring 4m x 2m, from depths of 1mm to 170mm and to a tolerance of 0.2mm. JetCut Ltd is established to handle mass production of components or one off designs and have a client base which includes precision engineers and fabricators, construction companies, architects, artists, packaging specialists etc.
