JHP Knives

JHP Knives is an Australian business owned and operated by Jack Pendlebury. All knives are handmade, by Jack in his workshop in Melbourne. Each knife is unique and numbered. This business was born out of a love of crafting and working with steel. Knife making for Jack is a fusion of the old and new - a craftsman's skills combined with modern materials and design. It is an opportunity for him to make tools that will be cherished forever in much the same way as he cherishes those that he inherited from his grandfather. His aim is to design and create knives that match the quality of the tools of yesteryear, and have remarkable performance and distinctive modern aesthetics.
