In essence, I act as an in-house recruiter as and when you need me, thus relieving stakeholders of any pain associated with the workload that recruitment can bring. Working in partnership with stakeholders, I offer an energetic and consultative approach that is tailored to each client’s specific needs, whether it’s a full end-to-end piece of recruitment or managing the administration associated with posting a vacancy and managing the response in a professional and timely manner and formulating a shortlist. Each hour is tracked which ensures transparency, flexibility and cost efficiency.
