JHT Holdings, Inc. is the leading logistics service provider specializing in the transport of large commercial trucks-primarily Class 8 (greater than 33,000 lbs) and Class 5-7 (14,001 to 33,000 lbs)-from Original Equipment Manufacturers to roughly 12,000 retailers and end users throughout North America. JHT Holdings, Inc. operates through its subsidiaries, Auto Truck Transport USA, Inc., Active USA, Inc., Unimark Truck Transport, Inc., Mexicana Logistics, S.A. de C.V., and ATC Transportation, Inc. We utilize a network of over 20 terminals located adjacent to key OEM plants and are the exclusive decked-truck transportation service provider to the six OEMs of large trucks. We have delivered in excess of 95% of the Class 8 trucks manufactured by these OEMs. In 2007, our staff of approximately 1,600 drivers delivered 268,000 new and used trucks throughout North America.
