Jhuthi’s Enterprises has been in existence for over a decade now. It has evolved from individual construction works without any registered name since 1997. On August 16th, 2000, the business was registered by the name JHUTHI’S ENTERPRISES (Certificate No. 320640). It was also the idea to expand beyond building construction which was the core business of the predecessor company hitherto, so as to be involved in many other works. Later on, on the 28th March 2018, the company was incorporated under the Companies Act, 2015 and the company is now a Private Limited (Ltd) company in Kenya.
