Jigsaw Advisors, LLC (“Jigsaw”) is a boutique restructuring and turnaround firm that provides advisory and interim management services to middle-market companies that are in need of operational, financial and strategic solutions as they navigate through challenging times, including cash-flow shortfalls, operational and management challenges, over-leveraged balance sheets, and fatigued creditor groups. The firm is based in Northern California, and it primarily serves middle-market companies located on the West Coast. Jigsaw is lead by Bill Brinkman, a veteran restructuring and turnaround manager, and Peter Ekman, an experienced operator and turnaround CEO.
