Providing assistance in quality management systems, process management, process control, process troubleshooting, new process start-up assistance, and electroplating training of supervision or line operators. Representing companies manufacturing high quality equipment supporting the PCB, POP, and GMF industries.
I have over 5 years experience in applying the AIAG CQI-11 Special Process: Plating System Assessment and the AIAG CQI-12 Special Process: Coating System Assessment process audits to drive continual improvements to a wide range of electroplating and coating operations located in the USA, Mexico, Germany, Poland, India, China, and South Korea.
I have completed the Plexus International Exemplar Global Certified ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Training with IATF 16949:2016 Automotive Emphasis class offered by AIAG. I am a long-standing member of the AESF/NASF, having become a Certified Electroplater Finisher through the AESF in 1980. I am a member of the AIAG.
Support can be offered to address a variety of short or long term situations: customer/quality issues; preparing for a certification/recertification audit; review of PFMEA documents and process control plans; bridging gaps in in-house expertise; address requirements for additional resources to implement new equipment installation and start-up including project management; upgrading laboratory or quality control equipment and capabilities.
