Jindy Jerky

Jindy Jerky, a Snowy Mountains based business, aims to sustainably transform game meat (kangaroo and venison) into delicious and tender jerky strips. Our 2 motives to the business are simple: 1. Beef is becoming more and more expensive, only making beef jerky a costly snack. Jindy Jerky wants to change this by using alternative meats that are less expensive yet just as tasty. 2. An increasing kanagaroo and deer population are creating a threat to farmers and to themselves. Necessary culls are often performed although these animals are being wasted and just left to rot in paddocks. Jindy Jerky wants to create a better outcome for this inhumane process. Instead, we aim to incentivise farmers to sell their unwelcomed guests to Jindy Jerky. Meaning sustainable, affordable, tasty jerky... Or a win-win for all of us ❤️
