JJK Advisory was founded in 2018 to serve alternative asset managers in a variety of capacities. Over the last five years, JJKA has grown to offer professional board services to the asset management industry as well as Advisory Board and financial consultancy services to start-up and small company entrepreneurs across industries. For asset managers, we provide independent fiduciary services via CIMA-registered directorships for Cayman based alternative asset management funds, Governance Board roles for U.S. limited partnerships, and Board of Trustees positions for 40 Act Funds. As a Board participant, JJKA offers strategic consultancy and hands on project management for emerging managers and operational, growth, and balance sheet liquidity risk management for established managers. Apart from the asset management industry, JJKA offers an industry agnostic, diversifying perspective to entrepreneurs building out and growing their U.S. trade or businesses. We offer balance sheet management, operating process definition, and internal control structure consultancy through an active Advisory Board relationship.
