JK's in-ground UFH system is a certified water-based retro-fit underfloor heating system. Our installation method uses the patented JK floorgrinder to create 16 x 16 mm channels into existing screed or concrete floors whilst maintaining dustless extraction. Heating pipe is then laid into these channels which sit directly below the floor finish. The JK grinding method uses a specially constructed industrial diamond grinding making it unnecessary to remove or raise the existing screed.
