JK Group Planning offers planning services within all areas of construction. We work on a contract basis, for either full time, part time, temporary & AD-HOC. We have a team of expert planners who go above and beyond delivering projects from a planning and reporting perspective. Some of the key support functions we offer include; •Development and management of tender programmes •Managing Contract programmes through the project life cycle from inception to completion •Administering project schedules in line with various contract types eg NEC3 & 4 •Managing key constraints including possession access and interfaces •Supporting project teams with programme information to drive efficiency •Coordinating Weekly programme review meetings, progress monitoring and updates •Conducting ongoing programme risk and quality assessment in line with the client’s framework requirements •Producing contractual periodic progress report submission documents including narratives, dashboards etc. as required •Utilising Digital PMO’s for advanced reporting •We work on multiple schemes both on a part time or full- time basis depending on the client's requirement •We also provide services on an ad hoc basis where necessary e.g Tendering or filling in for staff on leave •We would report to sites and offices if required •We provide our own equipment and software licenses, and will only require a single user to client software
