My name is Jessica Chandler. I am the Owner of J&M Business Solutions LLC. I am a Virtual Online Recruiter. I started my recruiting path back in 2016 as a junior recruiter and learned as much as I could and moved up the ladder to branch manger of a staffing agency. Once covid-19 hit we went completely virtual and then I decided to leave the company I was with to pursue my dream of having my own recruitment firm. I have a passion for helping individuals and families get there life back on track from a job loss or an extreme change in there lifestyle. I am a 37 year old wife and mother. I love life and my family, this is why I started this business. It allows me to have flexibility with work and family to find that balance in life that we all strive for. I started my career path in the medical field as a medical receptionist and assistant. Then I moved over to human resources with recruitment where I have most of my experience. Now, I would like to help you hire the best fit for you within your industry.
