JM Coaching & Training is focused on helping individuals and teams. We help get people to their next level via corporate training, consulting and coaching. For corporations, we train you on setting up top notch product, process and people to enable you to build better products and businesses on your own. We use best practices from experiences working at Amazon, Google, and Zazzle, as well as experiences working with small startups to other Fortune 500 companies from areas ranging from pharmaceutical, finance, fashion to sports. Companies we have experience working with include Capital One, American Express, General Electric, Pfizer, AXA, USAA, Staples, NFL, Citigroup, United Technologies Corporation, and CBS. For individuals, we run workshops and do individual coaching to help you define and achieve your next level of success. The focus of this work is on career as well as personal fulfillment--a mix of career and life coaching. We specialize in working with executives, entrepreneurs, tech leaders, and women, though we have worked with ambitious people from all backgrounds.
