JusticeMakers Bangladesh in France (JMBF)

JusticeMakers Bangladesh in France (JMBF) is an independent non-profit organization registered in France with registration number W931027714 under the association law of 1901, dedicated to defending human rights, fighting for justice, and empowering communities in Bangladesh and beyond. Overall objective: "JusticeMaker Bangladesh in France–JMBF is to contribute to the defense, promotion, education, protection and realization of human rights, including civil and political rights without cast, color and faith. Aims of JMBF is: To fight against all forms of discrimination and impunity against refugee, ethnic-indigenous, religious-hindu, budhist, cristian, social-dalit, sexual-LGBTQI+ minority community and victims of torture, extrajudicial killing, force disappearance and organized violence including women and children by assisting individuals around the Bangladesh and France who have little or no access to human rights resources. Besides, helping hand to those people that are dealing with human rights violations within and outside of Bangladesh. The specific objective/s (not limited to): 1. To uphold the United Nations principles and Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and European Protocol & Convention of Human Rights in Bangladesh; 2. To materialize the truth, justice and complete reparation for serious violations of human rights of minority people in Bangladesh, through legal and political actions at the international, national and local level where human rights have been systematically violated; 3. To ensure physical, legal and moral support with social and economic reintegration to the victims of human rights violations of minority community all over the country in Bangladesh; 4. To ensure education, awareness, training and disseminate information related to global human rights instruments among the local-level professionals for preventing all forms of human violation against minority people;
