JMBPL, was formed on July 28, 2000 as proprietary firm with the name ‘Jay Mataji Enterprise' at Ahmedabad, Gujarat – India.
Company business grew over the period of time and it became as a Private Limited company on March 26, 2018 as JayMataji Battery Pvt. Ltd (JMBPL). In FY 21-22, a new company with the name JMB Passion LLP was formed with the objective to explore newer business opportunities.
JMBPL is primarily engaged in to sales and distribution of Amaron Automotive as well as Industrial batteries, Inverters, UPS and it’s batteries. In September 2020, JMBPL has forayed in to distribution of STUDDS & SMK brand of Helmets and MOBIKE Accessories. In FY2122, JMBPL has joined hands with YOKOHAMA India to distribute tyres to 4S channels across the Gujarat state.
JMBPL currently has 14 own branches from where sales, services as well as distribution is undertaken. Company also runs an exclusive diagnostic center to cater it's valued customers service needs.
Company has dedicated SCM team with own as well as TPL fleets to cater it’s customer’s business needs.
