The company started through Maria’s goal of providing an opportunity for people with disability to access services which emanates from the heart. Together with this goal is to be able to narrow the gap in terms of employment and be able to provide an opportunity to individuals who share the same passion towards people with disability. JMJ stands literally and figuratively to the Holy family: Jesus, Mary and Joseph. This serves as a guide to all stakeholders in modelling the holy family in service delivery, relationship amongst staff, and how the company aims to radiate the love existed in the holy family in these modern times. At JMJ Disability Serv Pty Ltd we bring a high quality service to help participants continue their day to day living as any other Australians would. Our passion for excellence drove us from the beginning and continues to drive us today. We define greatness as what the old book suggested, "For service to many leads to greatness."
