Over the next 3 decades JML established itself as a leading architectural Façade and Glazing specialist undertaking iconic projects in Australia, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Singapore and New Zealand. In 2006 JML UAE LLC established itself in the middle east and over the next decade has proven itself to be a company that prides itself on it's expertise in the field of Architectural and Engineered Facades. We are a vertically integrated outfit enabling us to provide end to end solutions to our clients from design and engineering to manufacturing and site installation IN 2018 ASGC bought a majority stake in JML. The collaboration will benefit JML with manpower, design and technology solutions.
ASGC is one of the leading construction groups in the UAE. They were established in 1989 and are best known for delivering turn key special projects in the UAE. ASGC owns the majority of its supply chain and utilizes mostly in-house resources, giving it a high degree of control over project quality and timely delivery.
ASGC and JML UAE started a successful collaboration even before the acquisition with two major projects in the UAE, which are the Mohammed Bin Rashid Library and the Expo 2020 Sustainability Pavilion, this paved the way to signing the deal in 2018
