JMO Victoria (previously known as JMO Forum Victoria) is a team of junior doctors who represent, advocate and support all junior doctors in Victoria by assessing, escalating and improving the professional development, training needs and the welfare of other JMOs. We are a non-membership organisation, and thus represent all junior doctors in Victoria. We are supported by the Postgraduate Medical Council of Victoria (PMCV).
As it continues to grow from strength to strength, its accomplishments include representation of JMOs from over 20 Health Services, review, evaluation and development of practical resources for JMOs, PGY2 education programs, professionalism competencies for junior doctors and development of online learning resources.
