JN Built was founded by Ken Janckila (Principal - Business Manager) and Raino Niemela (Principal - Construction Manager). Since 1988, they’ve been building relationships and building distinctive homes for discerning clients.
Clients First
Ken’s business philosophy is that the client and those involved in the project are everything. Although Ken is a Minnesota native, in recent years, he has been building custom homes in Aspen, Snowmass, Vail and surrounding areas. Clients are warmly referred to Ken from family, friends and industry professionals; building a home is an experience, beyond specifications and budget, and Ken understands this.
Craftsmanship
Raino is a craftsman, a second generation carpenter and resides with his family in Minnesota. Superior craftsmanship requires intimate construction knowledge and careful attention to detail. Raino’s philosophy toward management of the building site is the foundation for the success of JN Built.
