Successfully led some of the most challenging mining operations in South East Asia including successfully implementing major mining change management programs at Muswellbrook Coal in Hunter Valley NSW, Lihir Gold in PNG, Boddington and Hedges Goldmines in South West WA, Kanowna Belle Goldmine in WA goldfields as well as Subuku, Senakin and Satui Coalmines in South Kalimantan Indonesia.
Completed the exploration program, land purchase, PFS, BFS, Environmental Assessment and gained State and Federal approval for Anvil Hill Project (now Mangoola Opencut) in Hunter Valley and Watermark Project in Gunnedah Basin.
Led the turnaround of the SubZero Group, an ASX listed Hunter Valley mining services business, through receivership to a successful sale of the assets to MRS Plc then transitioned to CEO of MRS.
Completed successful debt and equity fund raises for MRS (UK and Australia) and AIM (Australia).
