Changzhou Jingnuo Tool Co., Ltd. was established in 2006. We specialise in manufacturing solid carbide drill bits, end mills, reamers, cutters, saw blades, non-standard cutters and other customised products for more than 18 years since 2006.
The company has passed the ISO 9001 quality management system. We have two individual manufacturing bases for a total excess of 25000 square meters and 30 production technicians; we imported “WALTER Power, Micro and Vision” from Germany, “ANCA MX5” from Australia, “Rollomatic NP5” from Switzerland, Group of Senior technical engineer for more than 40 years experiences for the R&D department.
Our products and services are sold worldwide in North America, the European Union, the Middle East and Asia. They are widely used in aerospace, automotive, medical equipment, and military manufacturing. We are the Apple, Samsung, Boeing, Airbus, Bombardier and Quanta computer suppliers, these Fortune 500 companies. To trace every process of each product, we started using an ERP management system in 2010. In addition, we have established a strict quality management system, including incoming inspection, process inspection, final inspection and outgoing inspection to ensure 100% inspection of each product. To ensure the accuracy of product size and good surface finish, we will use “Zoller” and “PG1000” in Germany and “Parlec” in the United States for testing. To ensure that we meet customers’ requirements, we will use “Haas” in the United States to test the product life expectancy.
We have already gained a high reputation in the industry and established lifetime cooperation with China First Automotive Works, and import our raw materials and bar stock from the America Kennametal, Switzerland Sandvik, Germany Guhring and Xiamen GESAC; PVD Coating from Switzerland Oerlikon Balzers; to provide integrated businesses and international first-tier product standards.
