Managing partners of mid-size law firms want to retain top talent but often find a handful of associates or more senior attorneys and staff struggling in various areas, for reasons not entirely clear to them. They want to focus on serving the firm's clients and increasing their bottom line, not coaching their associates or managing intra-office relationship conflicts. That's where I come in. As the trusted advisor and thought partner to the managing partner and each of the individuals or teams I coach within the law firm, I help them discover a better way and attain much higher levels of focus, performance, confidence, and well-being. This gives the managing partner the support she needs to realize increased monthly billable hours, higher retention, and happier, more resilient attorneys and staff. I also work with attorneys or staff experiencing conflict that impacts the firm's ability to maintain a cohesive team culture and serve its clients. I help them develop strategies to repair their relationships and uplevel their focus and performance, from a place of deep self-awareness and purposeful creation of the relationship.
