Hi, I’m Joanna, Best-Selling Author (Find Your Mama Groove) and Coach for Working Mothers. I specialize in radically redefining motherhood for working mothers so they can confidently and productively pursue their unique path at work.

I also coach a limited amount of high flying mothers privately online and in person. I have a Masters of Arts in Counseling and over 1000+ hours of Yoga and Meditation Teacher Training. I combine the two to craft a specialized method of healing for mothers and have worked with over 1700+ clients globally.
