JobaMatch is about making it easier for businesses and organisations to create a database of potential applicants, and to manage that process easily, and more seamlessly. For Government, Jobamatch offers a system to seamlessly register, connect and count job seekers to job offers, while ensuring better reporting & dash-boarding of key matching metrics. For Co-Ops & Franchises, the opportunity to collect and pre-vet applicants from roles across the brand. A shared (or accessible) database will enable operations to more fluidly recruit from an existing pool – reducing overall recruitment costs. For Corporations, the ability to tailor a solution to suit recruitment requirements and gather critical data including aptitude tests, CV’s and more. JobaMatch does not broker employment agreements, rather provides a meeting place where employers can connect with potential employees.
