Aim The Journal of Business Chemistry (JoBC) aims to foster the dialog between science and business, to support management practice in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry and to indicate where further research from academia is needed. The JoBC offers high quality publications with academic standards, a fast publishing process and global reach. Scope The JoBC publishes peer-reviewed research papers, essays from practitioners’ perspective and commentaries. All articles focus on the chemical industry, including the biotechnology, pharmaceutical or process sector in general. Articles are typically rooted in one field (e.g. chemistry) and explore implications on the other (e.g. management) or can stem from interdisciplinary research.
