Built by Veterans for Veterans, we understand the mindset that's necessary to "Change Gear" when leaving the military to become a Veteran - most of our team have been through it, and when it comes to finding a new role, we want Veterans and Service Leavers to be aware of their worth and we encourage employers to think differently. It can be hard yes, but it's far from impossible. A positive mindset, a supportive network, an understanding of who to talk to and an appreciation of where a Veterans or Service Leavers can make a difference is what's needed to succeed.
