How did he learn this?
He had a job loss in 2016 and used his sales leadership teaching experience to turn his job search - into a sales process that worked so well he started teaching friends who needed jobs.
In the 2020 pandemic when millions of people were being laid-off he found himself on a job search again. In that difficult 8-month job search he had almost 300 recruiters searching for him, used automation to reach over 1,700 employers, had 279 interviews, and created a Linkedin strategy that attracted two CEO’s to reach out to him with jobs.
Friends suggested Brian create an online course since he had documented his approach and was already teaching friends. Job Seeker Pro and the “BRAVE 5-Step Job Search” was born.
