Jock Athletic

Jock Athletic is a private high performance academy based in Sydney. Modelled off elite performance centres like the Australian Institute of Sport and NSWIS, we identified a need to bridge the gap between grassroots and elite sport by creating a pathway for talented young athletes who were on the cusp of representative-level sport but who sat outside of the ‘system’. Primarily targeted at athletes from cricket, athletics and surf life saving sports, we cater to the skill set and movement patterns of most sporting disciplines and are dedicated to improving the athlete’s performance, decreasing their potential for injury, and motivating them through education.
