Joe&Co Architects

Joe&Co is a Manchester-based architecture studio creating bespoke, context-driven spaces that celebrate craft, care, and community. We work closely with clients, collaborators, and local makers to design buildings that are rooted in place and responsive to the people who use them. From small-scale interventions to ambitious retrofits and new builds, our work is grounded in thoughtful detailing, sustainable materials, and a belief in architecture as a common good. Led by architect and educator Joe Dempsey, our studio draws on years of experience in both practice and teaching to bring a generous, open, and collaborative approach to each project.
