Johawaki Development Sdn Bhd (JDSB) primary businesses are in real estate development and project management. It was incorporated in 1983 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Johawaki Holdings Sdn Bhd and is a 100% Bumiputera company. JDSB’s entry into real estate development is marked by its pioneer project at Taman Bakti Sungai Besar Selangor consisting of residential and commercial units. This was followed with developments in Subang Murni (Seksyen U5 Shah Alam) and Saujana Permai (Seksyen U17 Shah Alam).
