John Harper Publishing, based in London, was founded in 1999 and now publishes mainly in the area of EU careers, administration, history and politics. We are an independent, family-run publishing house, and not part of any larger group. Our oldest continuously published title, The European Parliament, celebrates its 30th anniversary in November 2020. A very familiar title to many younger EU officials is The Ultimate EU Test Book – the market-leading preparation book for candidates for EPSO selection competitions, regularly revised and available in Administrator, Assistant and Assessment Centre editions. And in 2020 we are bringing out a cluster of three books devoted to the topic of EU public affairs.
