John Haynes Foundation

The John Haynes Foundation has been set up as a long term legacy in John's memory to provide support and professional coaching and mentoring service to help individuals, especially young people to realise their own potential & 'Fly With The Eagles' The John Haynes Foundation will focus on three core charitable objects, as follows: i. Delivering coaching and mentoring support to people, of all ages, across all walks of life throughout their educational and professional careers – targeting 1 million coaching graduates; ii. Promoting the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to develop an aptitude for entrepreneurship and equipping (especially young) people with the self-development tools they will need to succeed in life – including resilience, aspiration, managing their own physical & mental health and achieving a good work-life balance; and iii. Facilitating the ongoing legacy of John Haynes’s wonderful work to support the education of disadvantaged communities at home in the Liverpool City Region and abroad, including the village of Kikambala in Kenya and beyond. Here is a short bio about the amazing John Haynes and why his legacy will live on: Gone but never forgotten & forever 'Flying With The Eagles' In 1998 John left Royal sun Alliance to begin his mission of inspiring and motivating one million people and he started the institution that is the International Coaching Academy, and the world of Personal Development in Liverpool would never be the same again. As well as inspiring and developing thousands of people of to be the best versions of themselves through his Master Coaching programme, John worked with some the biggest institutions in the City, Liverpool and Everton FC amongst them. He has also coached and mentored some of the City’s Mayors, Steve Rotherham, Malcom Kennedy, Anna Rothery and Gary Millar have all been supported by John on their own journeys to make a difference to the City & the world.
