John Laing Partnership (JLP) has an extensive history in house building for both the affordable and private sector. JLP’s principle business activities are the provision of affordable housing for general needs, intermediate, supported, extra care and where associated to a housing led redevelopment, commercial space and facilities such as health centres and community buildings. This experience is aligned to the nature of the works being procured. JLP specialises in mixed tenure projects in partnership with RSLs ranging from new build infill sites to major estate regeneration. Intro Homes: Through our private sale development company (Intro Homes), we deliver high quality homes for sale throughout London and the South East. Launched in 2004 Intro Homes complements JLP’s construction of affordable homes by facilitating truly mixed tenure communities. Intro Lettings: Intro Homes (Lettings) Ltd operates alongside our private development subsidiary Intro Homes Ltd, broadening the experience within the Group and the range of housing solutions on offer. Since its inception in January 2009, Intro Lettings has had considerable success developing a portfolio of 58 homes.
