The way forward involves working on yourself - life plans as well as business plans. It involves learning 21st Century strategies that help you integrate your business life with the your whole life. A 'whole of life' mentoring approach makes sense. Truth is the things that most often sabotage business success come from issues that are either unresolved or ignored in your personal life.
