John Edwin is a recruitment and staffing company providing a specialist service to public and private sector organisations delivering inpatient and community-based mental health care as well as specialist mental health services nationwide.
The creation of John Edwin was driven by the desire to provide a more conducive recruitment offering to those working within the mental health sector. Our ambition is to support our clients by providing them with the specialists they need to deliver the highest levels of care to those with a wide range of mental health and behavioural needs.
We routinely support the NHS, local authorities and private sector organisations by placing social workers, nurses, psychiatrists, psychotherapists and allied health professionals into permanent, and locum roles within CAMHS and young people’s, adult and older adult, and specialist mental health services in both inpatient and community settings. For our NHS clients, John Edwin is committed to delivering safe, quality staffing in line with the national price caps set by Monitor and NHS Improvement, and the Agenda for Change maximum wage rates.
