When facilitating I weave the process by using my spontaneity and ability to structure to bring participants on an engaging journey of self-discovery. As a leader and organisational consultant, I have 15+ years of experience in operational delivery and implementing transformational change in multiple sectors. Now I bring my past professional experience together with expert psychological knowledge, coaching and cutting-edge learning & development tools which form a multidisciplinary approach leading to empowerment, discovery and growth.
